How this is moderated
- Objective policy breaches are blocked before publication. Ambiguous signals publish into a flagged review queue.
- Sign-in is required so one person cannot review the same practice repeatedly. Your identity is encrypted at rest and never shown, even when you post under your name.
- Reviews that name an individual, rather than describing the practice, are removed.
- Anyone can report a published review, and firms can contest one that is false.
