Studio Review

Review policy

The practical rules for publishing, responding to, reporting and removing a review.

Who can review

You must be signed in and write from first-hand experience of working at or with the practice. One person may publish one review per practice.

What gets removed

We remove reviews that name individuals, include contact details or ID numbers, use slurs, or are not about working at or with the practice. We also remove content when a court or government order requires it.

How publishing works

Reviews go live immediately after automated checks. Nobody approves a review by hand before it appears. Reviews are moderated after publication when someone reports them.

How a practice responds

A practice may reply publicly after verifying control of the email address already published in the directory. The response appears beneath the review it addresses.

Reports and takedowns

Send a report through the review or write to info@sqratch.in. We acknowledge requests within 24 hours, resolve them within 15 days, and act on court or government orders within 36 hours.

Retention

A removed review is no longer published, but its retained document is kept for 90 days before deletion.

Directory corrections and removals

A listed practice may request a correction or removal from its profile. We acknowledge a directory request within 24 hours and resolve it within 15 days.

What Sqratch does not do

Sqratch does not verify employment, verify pay figures, or endorse any practice. Reviews are personal experiences and honestly held opinions from their authors.

These rules form part of the Sqratch terms.
