These terms govern your use of Sqratch and its competitions, writing, tools and Studio Review directory. By using the site or publishing content, you agree to these terms and any policy linked from the relevant publishing action.
Using Sqratch
Use the site lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, impersonate another person, or submit material that violates another person's rights. You remain responsible for content you submit.
Reviews
Automated checks run before a review is published. No human approves reviews in advance. Published reviews are moderated reactively when reported or when a legal order requires action. The full publishing and removal rules are in the Studio Review Policy.
By publishing a review, you warrant that it describes your first-hand experience, expresses your honestly held opinion, does not name individuals, and does not disclose confidential information or information you are contractually prohibited from sharing.
You grant Sqratch a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce and display the review for operating and promoting Studio Review. You agree to indemnify Sqratch against claims arising from a breach of your warranties. Sqratch hosts reviewer opinions as an intermediary. It does not verify employment, pay figures, or the truth of each opinion, and it does not endorse a practice.
Other submissions
When you submit writing, images, competition work, comments or directory corrections, you confirm that you have the right to share them. Any specific brief or submission notice may add terms for that submission and will control if it conflicts with this general section.
Availability and external links
Sqratch may change, suspend or withdraw a feature. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. Sqratch does not control those sites or accept responsibility for their content, security or availability.
Liability
Sqratch provides the site on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Sqratch is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site, reliance on user submissions, or interruption of a service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Grievance Redressal
Send grievances to info@sqratch.in. We acknowledge a grievance within 24 hours, resolve it within 15 days, and comply with court or government orders within 36 hours.
