Basis & Assumptions
- Calculated by dividing the total gross parking area by a standard ECS metric.
- ECS includes the parking stall plus its proportionate share of driving aisles and ramps.
- The ECS figures shown (open 23, stilt 28, basement 32 m² etc.) are commonly cited NBC references; confirm the current NBC 2016 and your local Development Control Regulations value before relying on them.
